When I was eight, my mother asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up. My response was simple, “I want to make people laugh.” My ambitions have changed somewhat since that day but I still enjoy laughter and entertaining. We live in a world that is facing so much stress and darkness. This is what makes laughter so needed.

My background

Growing up with a large family gave me an ever-available audience and entertaining came naturally. I performed my first comedy routine at church camp at the ripe age of twelve. Since then, I have been doing Christian comedy at churches, special meetings, and banquets across North America.

My Philosophy of Comedy

Some people mistake my humor and ability to entertain for being silly. I’m not really a silly kind of person who is always being goofy. To the contrary, I’m a pretty serious guy! The giftings I have are in impersonating voices and I often do my entire routine without cracking a smile. My focus is on perfecting the skills I have in a way that people will say, “That sounds just like him!” Over the years, I honed my skills just as a basketball player would practice to be the best on the court. My desire has always been to use my God-given talents to encourage others.
